Terms of use

Effective 1 October 2026

Terra is published by TrioTrix Tech Solutions (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you download or use Terra. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Terra.

Using Terra

You may use Terra for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app or its content, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play. Terra is intended for people aged 13 and over.

Terra Pro

Terra Pro is an optional one-time purchase that removes ads and gives unlimited hints and 50/50s. It is sold through the App Store or Google Play, whose terms apply to the payment. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. You can restore Terra Pro on another device signed in to the same store account.

Ads

The free version of Terra shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are the responsibility of their advertisers. See the privacy policy for how ads use data.

Content

We work to keep questions and facts accurate, but geography changes and mistakes happen. If you spot one, please tell us. Country outlines and flags are simplified for the game.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of Terra, and we may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Terra after a change means you accept the new terms.

No warranty and limits on liability

Terra is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losing game progress (which is stored on your device). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes about them go to the courts of Bangladesh. If you use Terra as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.
